Roxanne Meadows graduated from Moore College of Art and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Art Institute, Maryland. She studied technical drawing, architecture and modeling for many years under Jacque Fresco. Today she is an established and renowned technical and architectural illustrator and designer. Roxanne Meadows is a competent illustrator in the fields of science and medicine. She holds a license to fly a private jet.

Since 1985, she has completed commissions for computer-generated architectural images, models and design work for some of the nation’s largest developers and architects. She was president and co-founder of Architectural Arts Inc. from 1997 through 2008.

She taught technical drawing and fine art at the Sebring and Lake Placid Art Center and worked as a computer graphics artist for Ken Sneeden and Associates.

Beginning in 1975, Roxanne worked with renowned futurologist Jacque Fresco. Together they developed and promoted The Venus Project. Roxanne Meadows was involved in planning the exterior and interior design and construction of The Venus Project’s 10-hectare research facility. This complex is designed to find solutions and approaches to the major problems facing the world today.

Roxanne Meadows has been involved in the writing of many texts and has also consulted on the design of many publications:

  • designed Jacque Fresco’s book “All the Best Things Money Can’t Buy” and organized its publication;
  • organized the publication of Jacque Fresco’s book Designing The Future;
  • co-authored the essay “Rediscovering Iraq” for a book in Dr. Arthur Shoshtak’s “In the Shadow of War” series;
  • co-authored the essay “Beyond Utopia” for the book “Utopian Thinking: Creating the Good Society” by Dr. Arthur Shoshtak, PhD.

Over the past 35 years, Roxanne Meadows has produced plans, models, and illustrations for the many circular cities and other structures proposed by The Venus Project. Many of her works have appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines, been featured on television, in documentaries and feature films, and published on websites and blogs.
